Who we are
HR work at APCOA - these are classic topics such as recruiting, talent management, compensation & benefits, employer branding and HR service. As for all other Group functions, HR also applies to us: The daily questions and thus the operational HR work are managed by the colleagues at the respective foreign locations. We in the holding company set the framework conditions, take over the management of global HR processes and set the necessary impulses for a continuous further development of our functional area. The requirements are as different as the respective situation in the national organizations: employee numbers between 50 and 2000, our respective business model, the market environment, the general economic conditions and other local aspects. As much as the HR processes are basically the same, taking these framework conditions into account is crucial for successful HR work.
Of course, we also look after our approximately 45 employees at the site itself. In the area of office management, we look after the various service providers and ensure that everyday office work goes smoothly for all colleagues in the holding company. This includes space management and the provision of work material. In addition, we ensure the supply of free drinks and fresh fruit for the well-being in our workplace.
What we do
"The flexible working hours and the friendly, open working atmosphere make the daily work a really pleasant everyday life. Personally, I also enjoy having such a central place of work at our reception, everyone is welcome here. The reception is often used as a small meeting place and you always get what's going on (and sometimes hear some gossip). Free parking at the office / airport is also a great advantage when working at APCOA. "
